I’m Lindsey Ford and I live in Los Angeles, CA. I work multiple occupations as an actor, writing teacher, and ropes course facilitator. I’ve been a competitive athlete my entire life. I grew up playing soccer and competing in gymnastics. I became an All-American lacrosse player in high school and I was on the competition taekwondo team in college.
I started playing dodgeball six years ago when a friend of mine from college invited me to come play in his recreational dodgeball league. I soon began to join more and more competitive leagues. Now, I regularly compete on a national level with my women’s team.
I love the competitive dodgeball community. Everyone likes to see each other grow and build up each others’ skills. I know that I can intimidate at the line and I love the feeling of really working as a team and supporting each others’ game play. Personally, I’d like to improve my catching game. Having confidence in your catch is such an amazing secret weapon and one I want to have in my arsenal.
